Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT issue refunds. All sales are final. If you received the wrong product, missing any products or have concerns please contact our customer service within 48 hours after receiving the merchandise. We will be happy to rectify the issue. Please do not unravel, wet, play with or install the hair. Once an order is placed and processed, we can not cancel, adjust or apply any discounts to it. Please double check your order before making your purchase.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to this strict policy in regards to federal law, health regulations and hygiene concerns.
In the event that the package gets returned or refused a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted minus the shipping cost. Also, a 3% Cancelation fee will be applied to all paypal orders.
Please note that colored hair such as ombre, dyed or bleach hair cannot be returned or exchanged. There are no exchanges or refunds on custom wigs, lace wigs or perimeter lace bands (360 lace frontals).
Please keep records of your return tracking number. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost and/or stolen packages.
